Your Pilot, Host and Tour Guide
Christoph Fleischli Bader, born in Lucerne in 1976, is an experienced professional pilot. He knows the scenic and cultural-historical beauties and sights of Switzerland like no other. The married father of Alisha, Jaden and Ryan has been a passionate professional pilot for over 20 years. After graduating from high school in 1997, he acquired the necessary licenses to learn the trade of an airline pilot as a co-pilot with Swiss International Air Lines (then Crossair & Swissair) starting in 1999. This valuable and unforgettable "apprenticeship" still forms the foundation for all his activities today - whether in the air or on the ground. In 2006, he accepted the offer to be captain in charge of a large and fast private business jet. From then on, he flew worldwide on all continents in various types of aircraft: Dassault Falcon 2000 EX EASy, Falcon 50 EX, Bombardier Challenger CL601, CL604 & CL605 and Bombardier Global Express. From 2013 to 2016, he also worked as an instructor and examination expert for a flight simulation company of Emirates airline in Dubai. Helicopters have always fascinated Chris. In 2010, he took advantage of a professional stay in Los Angeles to begin flight training on the Robinson R44. In 2016, he founded Sundance.swiss to take tourists in and around Lucerne and Lake Lucerne on flights to the nearby and impressive Swiss mountains. Since 2019, the company has owned its own helicopter: the turbine-powerful, comfortable five-seater Robinson R66.

The orange Sundance helicopter (matriculation HB-ZMW) has a powerful turbine drive and embodies a global benchmark in helicopter flight technology geared towards tourism. This makes the elegant Robinson R66 turbine (together with the Robinson R44 the most built and most popular helicopter in its class. Our helicopter has 5 seats (4 passengers + pilot) and a high performance (Rolls Royce RR300 turbine). It's fast, powerful, air-conditioned, comfortable, offers plenty of legroom and excellent all-round visibility. This makes the R66 the ideal aircraft for sightseeing flights over the diverse Swiss landscape - lakes, valleys, Alps - or for landing on glaciers.
